Brake and ABS warning lights query?

Hi. Had a problem with my wife's 2000W 2.4JTD not starting. It turned out both battery terminals were loose. After tightening them both the brake (!) and abs warning lights are constantly lit. Does anyone know if this is linked to a fuse which I may have disturbed or just a coincidence? I have tried a search but so far can't find the answer. The car still drives fine with no obvious problems. Thanks.
