Induction kit questions!
I have been reading the threads regarding induction kits and have a few questions.
From what I have read it seems the best thing to do is to fit the "V6 mod" and remove the cone from inside the airbox. To me this makes sense as then the intake system remains enclosed and can therefore transfer cold air to the throttle body more effectively.
I had a 2.0ts 156 that I fitted a K&N 57i kit to, I have to say it seemed slower and less responsive than it did before the kit was fitted! So this time (on my 1.6ts) I plan to do the
v6 mod, remove the cone, and try and fit a higher flow airfilter inside the airbox, is this a good plan?
Also, What about drilling the airbox? I have done this to all my cars with positive results, I dont know about alfas though? Ideas?
