156 Headlamps for driving in Europe

Is there any way of setting the headlamps up on a 156 for driving overseas on the right hand side of the road?
I know some cars have a lever on the headlamps that can be used to do a quick conversion.

Only on the OEM HIDs. They have a lever to flatten the beam from "\___" to "____".

The Halogen dip beams don't have that, so you need the stick-on bits on the front to block that part of the beam.
