TwinSpark head on a Fiat Stilo?

Hi all!

Got a Fiat stilo hanging around in the workshop, it's a 1.8 16v. The block and, nearly all the ancillaries are the same as a TwinSpark, just the single spark head+leads are different I presume.

So my question is, can I stick a Alfa head and new coils (since both plugs are fired from a single lead) on a stilo?

Remap would be good too.

Might work, I did convert a TS to single spark and didn't notice a performance change.
