Morning all, I'm after an opinion on wheels....
I've been offered a reasonable set of 16" teledials off a 156 1.6 saloon, with good tyres, for £60.00. Currently I have the standard original 15" alloys on my 2.0 Sportwagon, which are in arguably better shape but showing their age a bit.
The teledials will need refurbing to make them good to use, adn I'm concerned that one mght not be quite straight. The saloon was sideswiped (it's the one I posted up for spares on Saturday) so the driver's side wing and doors are pushed in. How likely is it that the wheel was also damaged? I can't see anything other than a few curbing scuffs on the rim...
Second question is more straightforward: keep the orignal rims, which I quite like, or change to teledials, which I also like aesthetically. I've got no sideskirts etc so wonder whether they would look odd?
