Alfatune are very well regarded here.
To be honest all you are going to get is a whole load of reposting that have all been done before.
You will find some very knowledgeable people here recommend from experience that solid flywheels are fine but you will get equal numbers say "don't do it" but few (none?) of those have done it themselves.
A remap can chew clutches on the 2.4 as it is both a heavy engine and gives very high torque figures, The 1.9 is kinder and if you are looking for more go at motorway speeds then a map can be written that reduces the ultimate low down torque and brings it in later and that will help preserve your clutch.
In my experience the remap is so fantastic a clutch every 50,000 miles is worth it but, as above, maps can be written to reduce the load on the clutch. Or, if you are worried, just have some self control when launching the car off the line but do get the remap done - you will not regret it.
