GT steering wheel on a 156?

I've been having a think about what I like/don't like inside the cabin of the 156 and my eyes wandered to the steering wheel - can't help but think the bottom spoke ought to have a plastic cover too (I did a similar thing with my Hyundai Coupe where the early one had one spoke covered and I put a newer one in with all 3).
notice the GT has all 3 spokes with covers, also the thumb-grip areas seem more pronounced too which is always a good thing, the silver even seems like a match.
Would I be right in thinking that the steering wheel would be a direct swap, including the audio controls, and the airbag would swap over too?

Sorry if I'm flooding this section with questions and possibnle re-posts but I am searching and not coming up with the goods I swear.

Weird, I never noticed that you could get them without the plastic cover. Mine's a Ti wheel so it has it (pictured, excuse the lens distortion), although it may be different from the GT again.

Yes, should be a straight swap I believe. Not worth the trouble IMO; then you'll only be bothered by the slightly awkward lip on the bottom of the plastic cover :D
