Excellent leather balm
I've just got back in the house, after applying Auto Glym's "leather care balm" to my Gt's seats for the first time ever in the three years since I purchased this car.
Oh my god, why didn't I do this sooner? The interior smells so wonderful I don't want to get out.
I sniffed all the potions on offer at halfords, but none really had that lovely "leathery" odor, so I just decided to buy the Auto Glym. If it's good enough for Prince Charles's Aston, then it's probably gonna be ok.
Tips: Apply balm to a soft cotton cloth (I used the rolls of stuff you can buy at car shows etc. to polish the exterior) then start to massage onto a part of the seat that doesn't have those perforations. When the bulk of the balm has been removed from your cloth, massage the perforated areas (this stops you from filling all the little holes with the cream)
If there is any of you out there, that haven't done this yet, then please, do it NOW!
Anyway, got to go...........going to sit in my Gt for a bit longer.
