Help Sportwagon Rear Suspension

Hi All, just wondering if anyone could give me any advice.

At the weekend I swapped my knackered self-leveling shocks and springs for the standard set up from a saloon and I have to say the car now rides much more smoothly however the offside is sitting lower than the near side. Offside just under 3 finger width, near side just over 3 finger width.

Is there any obvious reason for this, the set up was taken from the same car and as far as I can see are using the same shocks and springs, it is quite possible I am being a numpty and have missed something simple but I wonder if anyone has any thoughts on this.

As always thanks in advance.
