GT with a heavy clutch
Hi, Just purchased a nice looking 3.2 GT and was after a couple of pointers. The car has a main dealer FSH but the servicing has been done early. The last was at 57K and it had a cam belt and water pump at 34K. It now has 68K on the clock so i am assuming it needs a service. I was planning on using Palmers in Hemel, any thoughts?
The clutch appears quite heavy, although i have nothing to base that on?
The car has the factory iPod connector and i am buggered if i can make it work, anyone got one?
My last Alfa was a 147 2L TS and the engine went bang due to oil pressure. I had it rebuilt and then the gearbox failed. Eventually it went off on a low loader to the scrappy and that car was only 6 years old. I probably should have learnt my lesson but i really fancied the V6. Any tips on avoiding this one going the same way?
