Well I should be smiling and excited but the nerves are getting to me?
Main reason, I've been toying for 3 years since selling my gorgeous 3.0 GTV V6 with moving onto a 156 GTA, but money, getting into trouble with plod for speeding and being nagged by the family has kept me at bay.
Now though things have taken a turn. I've been searching for a GTA and found one's with medium-low mileage are still astronomical and higher milers are 4-6 grand but 100k or more so I thought 'let's have a look at the big ol 159 3.2?' Still a bit out of my price range, but not impossible for a 2006-7 model with 60,000 on the clock.
However, out of the blue I looked at a GT 3.2 on Autotrader and never really thought it could be the next family car for us? Well after a bit of research I've seen one and fallen in love
Only dilemma now though is it's the first one I've seen and it's all a bit too good to be true? When I bought my GTV it was one of about 5 so I knew I got the right one. This time though I just think I need moral support. All the main jobs have been done, cambelt, 4 new tyres, brakes and even a Q2! wheels need a refurb and engine and bay need a good going over with some surface rust repelant and polish, but very mechanically sound with no suspension knocks or squeeks. body is near perfect, interior the same, just needs a leather treatment, so now just need to know if I should take the plunge?
Would appreciate ya comments if ya can be bothered to post?
