I recently had a bump on my driver's side door (reversing into a pillar in a multi-storey car park). The damage isn't too bad(!), there's a definite dent and some scratching. Our friendly neighbourhood Alfa approved bodyshop want to replace the whole door, the quote is 500 pounds for the labour and an unspecified amount of parts at list price from Alfa for the door etc. Is it normal to replace the whole door? The car's less than 12 months old so I think we're limited to an Alfa approved place to keep the warranty.
Thanks for any info anyone can give,
There ought to be a piccy attached, if not I can include a URL.
