Window Issues (again...)

Not sure if it's the cold weather I've had the over night the last two nights, but my windows have stopped working as they should do.
I've tried the reset trick but it doesn't seem to be working.
It's the same for both passenger & driver's windows when tryin to opperate from driver's contorls (not tried pass only). The auto down & up isn't happening and when I try and put them up they stop after a few inches.

I've had it before and after a few days they sorted themselves out but it's not happening this time.
Do I have to hold down BOTH buttons on the driver's control to get the reset trick to work or should it happen with just one button?
