No probs. I just changed mine.
There is a guide flying around somewhere but i'll describe it.
Disconnect the battery. remove the battery and the tray underneath it, which will involve removal of the small fuse box and the air flow meter and pipes. Sounds hard, but more time consuming than actually difficult.
You can then see the gear linkages, the bushes go into the block that you can see.
Youre going to need to remove the cables that are attatched to the actuator arm. I squeezed together the parts of the rod end bearing thingys and removed them. unbolt the box bit, knock out the bush and replace with a big splodge of copperslip so that they dont go again!
Sounds like a PITA but its not that bad. I'll try and find that guide.
