Dual or fixed Flywheel?

Quick question. Does my Alfa have a Dual Mass Flywheel, or a fixed flywheel? I have a 2003 156 Sportwagon 1.9 JTD, I was given advice on here that I need to replace the DMF to solve a problem Iím currently experiencing, however, after reading some clutch related posts on here, Iím now unsure whether mine is actually dual or a fixed? Could a wiser man than me clarify? Many thanks.
