Alfa 147 window mystery
I've had my 2004 147 JTDM now for coming up to 2 years, and during that time, its been mostly trouble free. However an electrical mystery has confounded me.
Twice now, during that time, I have gone out to the car to find all 4 windows open; the fronts halfway down, and the rears fully down (to their stops). This has only happened when the car has been parked on a particular driveway, in an ordinary residential area on the edge of countryside. Nothing remotely army in the area.
I can't figure out how this has happened; I can only operate the windows with the key in, switched to ignition. I certainly can't operate the windows using my 2-button fob. The car shares a driveway with a BMW E46 M3, Ford Focus CC, and an elderly Mazda MX5; I can't think that any of the electronic systems on these cars has caused some sort of interferance.
Am I seeing the results of some bizarre electronic interference, or is a sign of impending ECU doom?
