156 2.4 cold start
Rite here goes bit of a niggly problem.
Car is a cow to start first thing in a morning seems to crank for an age but eventually starts don't miss fire or anything.
Now. It's worse when its below 5 degrees as you would expect but even in minus temperatures she stil fires eventually.
I've done the heating the glow plugs to death and even leaving time inbetween each heat up but makes no difference but the glow plug light does flash after the initial heating up period. The resistance on the plugs is within tolerance and I even have voltage going to the plugs had the relay and fuse out cleaned terminals ect still the same.
One she has started she starts fine rest of the day no matter how cold it getseven after hours of standing.
Ive tried parking up hill down hill level ground to no avail I really am lost the only thing I can think is fuel pump. As I don't hear a pump prime on the turn of the key. I'm I rite on thinking I should???
Other than this she performs faultless with no power loss at all thanks in advance Paul
