Re: Top scratch remover
farecla have a product for each type
spider webbing, also known as swirls, can be induced from washing with a sponge that may have stones/dirt in it, or by a detailer who didnt use the orbital properly. To remove those swirls at the very surface of the clear coat Farecla's G3 will work fine. If they are very close to the surface, u may be able to use Meguair's swirl remover with repeated coats. G3 will also remove water spots.
if uve got scratches that u can just feel with ur nail but are still in the clear coat, u would use a product like Farecla's G4 with an orbital to carefully buff the nearby areas down to level the area where the scratch is. U would then finish off by buffing again by hand the entire panel with Farecla G3 or Meguairs Swirl Remover. Think of it like sanding a piece of timber, u start with the heavy duty stuff first and work ur way to finer grade sandpaper
