flywheel tolerence

hi clutch has gone and gearbox has developed a CRACK in it so this is expensive so trying to get away with out changing the flywheel if poss does any one know what the tolerance of these flywheels is or how much movement can be tolerated before it needs replacing

Perhaps look for particles when you take the box off.One sign of a dmf going is a starter that runs on.The dmf can move a lot by hand when the box is off ive been able to clunk them back and forth a good half inch or more and they have still been ok.You do want some movement in the dmf its bad news if it wont wobble from side to side at all.
