Clutch arm

Afternnoon guys, I've read with interest the various posts about about stiff/notchy clutch etc and I'm gonna have a go at lubing the the bushes on the clutch arm, my question is how much tension is on the arm? as in if I back the slave off from it is it easy to push the slave back into position when finished?

Pressure is not heavy. It's no problem to just push it back by hand.
