I was in the Autolusso workshop on Thursday, doing some IT bits and pieces for Ned.
He showed me the "production line" he's got going for the engine rebuilds. It's a helluva lot of work, and he's actually sectioned off part of the workshop for the builds, with all the cleaning equipment/tooling in the vicinity and all engines are palletised and labelled.
Yes, Ned's my mate, and of course, I'm a little biased as a result, but I have to say that I know good customer service when I see it, and this is absolutely top notch.
The man really does care about his customers, and is genuinely as gutted as the affected owners about the powder coating problems. What's impressed me is how he's grasped the nettle, put his hands up, taken responsibility and is taking proper action to get the issues resolved.
