PCD of 156 is 98mm, PCD of 166 is 108mm, so the discs won't fit.

the mounting points for 156 calipers is 100mm, for 166 is 120mm, so they won't easily work. I've read where people have used 166 calipers on 156 struts using adapters & then using discs from either GTV/GTA [ can't rem which one ]

Simplest conversion is to use Alfa MiTo / Fiat Punto Brembo calipers together with 305x28 GTV/GTA discs.
