hi! and tanks about your suggestions,
so, it happend the car stoped in the highway!! with the great message"immo failur"
i trail it to an alfaromeo garage, i'm stil waiting and crossing fingers...
i'll keep you in lne with my probleme.tanks again__________________________bob
The immobiliser can not cut in while the engine is running,so if it happened while you were driving, check all the relays and connections infront of the battery, you may have disturbed them when you changed it.
tanks for your help!
so the garage call me and said that i have water in the body computer(the electronique unit in the timing belt side).they gonna try to clean it with aceton and we will see...
any suggestions?!!

hi
we cleaned the main ecu with hot water and soap we dry it very well(20min hair drier)after that using a thoot brush and aceton we eleminate some kind of stain...it fire up right after!even the sound o the engine was realy great(i use to have clak clak)!! so to be sure check your ecu unit from water and stain! the sympthome was: immo failre+abs asr vdc failre
thanks
I had the exact same warning errors that you have described. My immobiliser actually came on as i was pulling out of my drive so the car was stuck in the road. Tried all the usual bits and bobs and in the end got a tow to the garage.
Turns out a loose connections in my fuse box meant I was only getting 2v of power, hence all the problems. A tighten up of the bolt and now we're all good. The connections looked tight but only when checked with a spanner was found loose! Worth a check if anybody has this problem.
