The lambda reading, if open circuit, is definitely wrong and has probably caused 3 errors to be reported. Before you buy or fit a new lambda just try clearing the errors and disconnecting and reconnecting the lambda sensor at it's plug. There is a small chance that the connection has gone high resistance and a disconnect and reconnect may cure it if that is the cause. It is unlikely that it is the cause but worth eliminating before spending the cash.
Lambda readings should fluctuate between about 0.25 and 0.75V. My recollection of the upper and lower limits may be a bit out but something close to that.
PS: Your idle throttle position reading is the same as mine as it warmed up it was about 4.7 deg and when fully up to to temperature it reduced to about 3.3 deg.
