If it has the Momo leather interior then you're in for a treat, it's very nice indeed!
As for the belts, unless you see concrete eveidence of their replacement, an invoice from a dealer or specialist stating the mileage, then get all three (timing, balance and ancilary) changed as soon as you buy the car. That way you know they are good. Make sure you also have all the pullies and tensioners changed too. It will be the best £400 you spend on the car. If they haven't been done then you have a damned good bargaining point.
Get friendly with your local specialist, you won't regret it.
If in doubt or not satisfied then look for another car, there are so many around you'll get a good one quickly.
