Without the disc in the pc, goto programs on the start menu open "elearn" folder, click on the one of the 3 options that looks like uninstall (little recycle bin next to it) let it uninstall everything, delete the icon/short cut off the desktop.
Restart pc (not really necessary but best to be sure)
stick the new disc in the drive and install as usual. that should at least get it working, however it is going to be annoying having to have the disc in the drive all the time you use the software...
OR... INSTEAD of installing from the disc>
You could do this (probably already mentioned somewhere here)
Burn an image of the elearn disc ( ahh, i just re-read - i see you already have an image... i'm going over old news..sorry) using 'MagicISO' then install a program called 'Daemon tools light' (this creates a virtual disc drive) then you can 'Mount' the image you created using Daemon tools - which as far as the pc and the elearn disc are concerned is the same as having the actual disc in your pc (which btw you can remove from the pc as soon as you've made .iso image)
When you mount the image a window will pop-up as if you had actually put the disc in the pc, click on the 'elearn' icon and install as you normaly would. You can set the disc to be automatically mounted on windows start-up so you will never have to worry about having the disc (stick it on a shelf, or install it on other pc's so its always handy. This shouldn't really upset anyone as long as your not selling the disc on etc...)
Hope that helps
