Evening All,

My 147 is due its 108k service early next year and as well as the usual service and cam belt it also needs an axillary belt and a few other things doing (front upper wishbones etc) and I have a question.

I have a Rarebare cable and Alfadiag, will it be worth doing a full ECU reset after the service and get it to 're-learn' the new parts or will it do this eventually anyway? If it's worth doing could someone please do me an idiots guide to re-setting so I can get it all done during my week off.

Thanks All

AB.

Edited to remove stuff I've sorted!!

the engine management software is self learning, although some maps are fixed in ROM, so as as said before, a reset will be useless i.e. not necessary

HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!
