Only realistically option is to forget the selespeed and swap just the engines. Throw the sele gearbox away and bolt your current shorter 1,6 gearbox on the 2,0 engine and the car will fly. Mechanically everything fits perfectly. You just need to keep your 1,6 ECU and upload 2,0 map to it because your immobilizer will not work with the ECU from 2,0 selespeed car.
If you dont want the 1,6 gearbox from some reason, you can also built 2,0 manual car, you can use the 2,0 selespeed gearbox, just throw away the hydraulic actuator on the top and plug in your manual linkage on your car. By this you will get stock 2,0 manual TS car.
If you insist on making selespeed work on 1,6 TS car, trust me, it can not be done for 1000 in any country in the world, its so complicated and you need half of the selespeed car to make it work + somebody who knows alfa electrics really well. The question is also why would you want to do it... selespeed is not worth the amount of work needed.
