To filll, I use one of those flexi funnels, which wedges in by the radiator top hose and the battery.
If it is already full to near-overflowing, you'll need to drain off about half a litre to fit the flushing agent in there.
Another option is to drain it all, then add 1.5L of new oil and the flushing agent, and then drain it all again later. The extra flushing can't hurt.
The small tube (smaller of the two sizes, think it's 175mL) of Nulon additive will be sufficient, due to the low oil capacity (two litres) - put it in first and then top up to overflowing with semi-synth gear oil.
Others may wonder, but I have found that Australian Nulon additive very effective in FIAT/Alfa gearboxes. I would, however, only use it in gearboxes where GL4/5 is specified (such as for the 156). And always with clean, new oil.
