Re: Why is zero a good number?
I had a full 4-wheel geometry check and the sheet says 'Alfa 156 2.5 V6 Sport' on it.
I`m running an Autodelta sport/comfort shock and spring setup which puts me 25mm lower than 'standard' and have been fro about 40K miles now (very nice BTW). This means that the cmaber of the rears cannot be adjusted in to the norm and to a lesser extent the fronts also. I expect this on a lowered car so am not surprised.
Tyres are 205/16/55 Michelin somethings with plenty of tread. Pressures are 2.2 bar front and back (I do a lot of motrway miles).
The bushes all round are good and both lower and one upper wish are reasonably new with the other upper wish abouit 60K old but showing no problems (although now you mention it there is some squeaking on that side with bumps and steering...??)
