JTD Top Aux Pulley

Unfortunately I'm stuck with my iPhone for the weekend as the computer has decided to stop working
I've just received a new top aux pulley for my 01 2.4 jtd as the old one looks like it's the culprit for making an awful whining noise (play in movement when I wiggle it)

Can anyone write a quick guide for me as I would look it up on elearn.

How do I take off the tension, I remember on an old vauxhall corsa engine I used a breaker bar wedged between the tensioner spring on one of the pulleys to take off the tension and that worked... Wondering if I could do the same?

Thank you

A large spanner (think its 32) on the flats of the spring loaded tensioner will allow you to take the tension off the belt.
