suspension rattle, what next?

Hi, just had some necessary work done, both upper arms and links replaced, whilst this has improved things hugely from how it was there is still some rattle when I hit bumps. the garage reckon its the ARB bushes.

Searched and read loads of stuff on here and dont know whether to just get bushes or the complete ARB.
If I just get the bushes should I "upgrade" to poly or stay with original? I dont drive it particularly hard and would rather have a quiet car than a harsh ride.
Also a good (cheap) supplier of whatever is recommended bushes would be useful too.

Thanks all!

Powerflex the existing anti roll bar is the best option as it costs less and it will last longer.

Thanks for that Laurence!

A good, reasonable price source for these bushes?
What differance will they make to the handling and feel?

to powerflex it u still have to drop front subframe to get arb out and then mess around and swap bushes........they cannot be done on the car.........a arb complete with bushes is aroound 60 to 70 there will not be mush of a different feel but the rattle will have gone.......a upgraded gta roll bar will feel different as its thicker.........but costs more
