Fan not kicking in

Hey everyone

The fan on my 156 is not kicking in, the temp runs over 90 degrees and still nothing, can it be the fan relay by any chance?, also when I put the aircon on the fan does not kick in..very worrying as I do not want her to over heat, any advice would be hugely appreciated.

There are lots of old posts about this issue. My first thoughts would be to check out the two wires that plug into the top of the rad housing has one broken or are the connectors corroded. If the ignition is on and you touch the wires together does the fan cut in?

f there is no continuity at stat end ie sensor fans run default setting ,so will run constantly
i think its your resistors on rad cowl or wiring to it are your problem
