This is a bit of a strange one .
Due to not being happy with the light provided by the standard headlight bulbs in my 147, I purchased a set of the blue/white replacement bulbs from Halfords.
I checked the information/compatability guide in store and found the correct straight replacements, and checked them against my standard ones (exactly same wattage, size, spec etc).
Fitted them in 10 mins no problem, so far so good !
However, they are too bright ! I can see for miles , and cars in front of me are going mental (flicking fog lights on and off at me etc).
Ive checked them compared to main beam, and they are not as bright as that, but still seem too powerful.
I have double checked Halford's fitment guide, and they are the correct spec standard replacement bulbs (only difference is the blue/white light).
They are made by Osram, and I have also checked they are fitted/seated correctly.
Any ideas ?
