random jobs

Spent Sunday afternoon catching up on some jobs before winter sets in

The wiper arm on the driver’s side had gone really oxidised so I ordered a used one from Autolusso a while back, took this back to the metal, primed and then sprayed it in plasti-kote satin black. Then did the passenger side one so the blacks were exactly the same.

Replaced the front & rear Alfa badges as they both had moisture damage and looked a bit pap

Then spent an hour underneath with a wire brush as I had noticed the front sub frame looked a bit corroded when she got MOT’ed a few weeks back. It was only surface rust but better sort it now then when it’s bot too far gone.

And then I removed the security TS screws from my MAF and replaced them with standard screws as am waiting for a new one to arrive in the post.

It’s funny but have never owned a car that I have ever cleaned the underside of! Ever!

bit sad really

Just cause it smokes doesn't mean its broke
*Unless the smoking is due to a breakage, then it does
