Ouch but if only slightly curbed why not get it mended? There are plenty of 'smart repair ' mobile vans who will do it for you, around £25-30 depending on the damage. Failing that try a scrapper or even ebay?
I had to have one of mine replaced, due to a previous owner buckling the thing! Not sure of the source of the replacement it was done via AlfaRama a UK based Alfa specialist. but I am sure you could contact your local Alfa Parts. I know that the Alfa Dealer in Amersham, Bucks has a parts section.
Just a word of warning it did cost £150 (1 x 17" Supersport Alloy), so a refurb may be the way to go if its just a bit of scuffing!
Yeah, thats the way to go. Trick some dumb ******* into paying for your 20 inch blingbling supa chrome alloys, that's the kind of action all of us on this magnificent Italian car owning con artist forum endorse
you are confusing me now i didnt mean it in a sarcastic way, my suggestion was sinerely from the bottom of my heart. repeating what i said was its a good time to buy yourself a new set of alloys, and sell your damaged ones on ebay (and of course stating its damaged).
it gives you a good reason to get yourself some fat aftermarket alloys mate. hehe and flog yours for 400 on ebay!
You're new here, so let me inform you of the dress code.
The ladies and gentlemen at AO.com pilot fine examples of Italian autmotive craftsmanship. Their vehicles rest on tasteful, subtle and elegantly designed wheels. Any suggestion of replacing those underpinning with "fat aftermarket alloys" <shudder> is a finable first offence. If the reprehensible suggestion is made again, the offender is placed upon temporary suspension. A third strike means membership is revoked and the offender is placed into indentured servitude with either Xzibit or Chip Foose. Please note, the third strike also involves forfeiture of any and all Alfa Romeos currently in possession by the blasphemer.
Sorry for the thead hi-jack, but you've already got some pretty solid advice on this thread.
Is there anywhere in the uk where i can just buy one?
three of my alloys are fine its just the fourth one is damged has been slightly curbed by the previous owner.
Thanks for your help and time.
Alfa were (still are?) doing special deals on Alloys. One of my Supersports is damaged, I asked my dealer how much for a new one and was told £127 inc VAT (for a single wheel). That IMHO is a good price, especially after a friend recently had to replace one of his BMW alloys and was charged nearly £300 for a 16in standard alloy from his dealer.
