Out of these three I would go for P7. Based on the reviews its a very decent tyre and friend of mine has them on his VW passat and is happy about them.
I had NCT5 on my 147TS from factory and they were not really good. Squeaking too much even though not pushed on the limit, wearing quite fast and the grip was not amazing, especially in the wet and lower temperatures. But they were quiet and comfortable. Might be good for long trips on the motorway.
I have two pieces of worn NTC5 at the back of my company Mazda now and I had some oversteer moments
Looking forward to scrap them and replace for winter tyres soon.
I have no experience with XM2.
