cam shaft caps

Hi guys, on investigating a top end noise I found a loose camshaft cap due to a broken bolt, the other bolt was loose, this in turn had caused the next cap in line to strip a thread from the cyl head and loosen the other bolt
Is helicoiling a thread in a viable option here and what would be the best method of getting the broken bolt out?

I would think another head would be your best option, a loose cam shaft would cause all sorts of alignment issues.
