took the manifold off to get my turbo off, get some new exhaust (flanged nuts 8mm) from e bay as the original ones turn to rust and round off. manifold is heavy and drops out the bottom - its a pain in the arse to get off as you will need to undo flex exhaust covers and bracket, oil feed pipe , thin heat shields,
get it on stands and some old carpet down - plenty of lighting.
midland turbo did mine up and did a good job, if you dont want to risk it then they can supply a new one for about 200 quid extra but i decided id take the risk. you should get a new oil feed pipe from alfa for 35 quid and poke the holes out in the banjo bolt with something or you might waste your money.
