Doesn't sound too bad to be honest given that its just had its cam belt done as well. Personally though I'd look for one with leather and less miles, possibly a 2.0 as well.
Somone I know was looking for a used car the issue being their current one needs an expensive repair which is about 3 to 4 times the trade value of the car. So they drove around the local used car places and came across a 147 selespeed in a nice shade with leather which they liked the look of and they seemed to have done that sales trick on themselves of picturing themselves owning that particular car and what upgrades they were going to do it.
I felt like a party pooper, I suggested that they search around online and see what other 147s were available. Unless they got the 147 they'd seen on a used car lot checked out they could be selling their existing car as they didn't think it warranted this expensive repair and buy the car they'd fallen in love on a used car lot that could have similarly expensive repairs about to bite them hard in the wallet.
So the expensive repair their current car needs is the real reason for changing cars, or just as many do it's a handy way to justify changing cars because they want to? It's like the romantic scene they'd painted for themselves and this rather nice looking 147 they'd seen couldn't possibly include breaking down and big bills.
Unless you know what you're doing or you get someone that knows their stuff to check used cars over it can be like trying to choose a winning horse or greyhound.
Look at many, know what to look for and buy on condition.
