Found inlet manifold full of oily gunge. MAP sensor full of crap so don't imagine that could work properly.
Oil seems to coming up from the turbo as when I removed pipes oil dripped out of the intercooler. Most likely source of the oil is engine breather collection box on the back of the engine which feeds directly into outlet pipe from turbo. Possible cause engine overfilled with oil?
Also have issues with actuator on the turbo which does not move when engine is running. After much sucking of the little pipe with no movement I discovered that you have to blow down it! Moves perfectly freely. This small pipe is connected directly to an outlet on the side of the turbo housing not a solenoid. This outlet appears to have been blocked and I cleared it with compressed air.
Any one any bright ideas how to clean inlet manifold please?
