well of course he should fix it but given the damage he caused in the first place it would probably come back worse. I have a power steering fluid leak on my 155 and have found the cause, firstly after a while your fluid wont be red anymore and thats when you know its time for a fluid change so although the leaking fluid isnt red it could still be the hydraulic fluid. In my case the power steering fluid reservoir is mounted at the very top of the bulkhead beside the brake/clutch fluid reservoir (not sure if 156s are the same) but there is a pipe that runs along and touches the very bottom corner of the reservoir and over time has worn away at the plastic and a tiny hole has developed as a result, you can actually see the reservoir corner is like somebody took a knife to it and cut down at an angle, I'd check for this if I where you.
