If, when the A/C is turned on, there isn't a strong flow of cool air coming out of the vents, check whether the pollen filter has been changed recently. It is often overlooked completely at services, and a clogged £15 - £20 part can seriously restrict airflow. I discovered this having tried a regas on my GT with no noticeable effect then noticing in winter that my car was steaming up even with A/C on.
After the pollen filter change, I could feel a real blast of cold air - the difference was substantial. The pollen filter is located under the passenger side dash. I think I posted a link to how to do it yourself a while ago.
