After I posted it I thought maybe I shouldn't have said what I did. I'm glad you know it wasn't meant as a criticism.
As long as you're enjoying the car and enjoying the process of personalizing it, more power to you.
And I can understand the desire for a Lotus 7 variant.
I've got one of those on my "to be owned one day" fantasy list too.
I accept cash, money orders, negotiable bearer bonds, travellers' cheques, precious metals, gems, and blue chip stocks.
Please bear in mind when I say "project car" I mean something that needs (on average) two to five years of restoration work, plenty of man-hours, and lots of blood, sweat and tears.
