They are “Graded” in 3 groups.

The Grade is stamped on top of the Injector.

By default, most ECU are set for “Grade 2”

The Grade information can be read by FiatECUscan if you have access to it.

Try to get the same Grade on the replacement injectors, and you should be fine.

Hi Mike,

I'm interested in this procedure. I've just looked at my version of FiatECUScan and can see under the Adjustments tab the injector class keys.
What worries me is the word "adjustments".
What happens when I execute the adjustment??
I seem to remember coming across this before when playing with the software and feeling weary about clicking the execute button.
