Mate, Driveshafts is my guess. Probably only just on their way out. I have had the same problem, Fine ish when cruising but as soon as the accelerator was put down, the judder got worse. Anyway, Both driveshafts have play in them at the wheel end - spider and cup - dry as a bone. Had a play and after moving them around, the car was fine again - probably due to me moving them a bit. However, judder is still there. You can pack them with grease to slow the effects but it will continue to get worse and the grease will probably leak out and mess up ur wheels and prob ur drive too!
I would start there - check them out or have them checked. If there is play, they will move and click - a BIT of movement is expected but not to the point where they click.
On the remap issue - i don't quite understand - is the car currently remapped? if not, I would leave it. If you have just had a rebuild and turbo, why put extra pressure on the compnents that have most probably just been changed? If you're having a remap, you would be best placed to change the clutch etc etc as a result of the extra load from the extra power. Speak to Autolusso about it. They very recently told a chap to leave his car alone and not bother with a remap - and that is coming from a well regarded independent and, not only that but, a company that would stand to make money from offering remap services/uprated parts!!!! NOW THAT IS HONESTY!!! I haven't had any dealings with Autolusso apart from buying my turbo pipe from them but, despite no dealings, I hold them in such high regard from what i have heard, read and see!
