I had exactly the same problem. I think that the Selespeed gearbox was delayed for some months after the JTS engine was launched, which may explain the scarecity.
If you want a bargain, go for a manual JTS with the original nose. You get the brand new engine, the brand new interior, all the extra benefits of curtain airbags, traction control, Bose stereo, loads of bottom end torque and dual-zone climate control - all for about £8,500!
That way, you'll have some spare left money in the back to upgrade to a 12 month old 157 in a couple of years!
