vibration when turning
156 1.9 16v jtd
Recently changed the offside wishbone, both droplinks, discs and pads now i' getting a vibration-rubbing sound when turning right it starts about 1/4 turn and seems to be after 5 mins or so of driving.I'm pretty competent, having had alfas for the last 25 years i've had to be, checked everythings tight, nothings rubbing on the wheel arch, swapped the wheels around, trawled through threads and the common factor seemed to be the inner cv joint so i repacked both the inner and outer joints but there's no difference.
There's a bit of play in the upper wishbone balljoint and bushes(I replaced these last year for it's mot,not impressed thats all the've lasted and they weren't cheapies)
I'm at my wits end, mot is due next month so i'm thinking leave it and see what happens and maybe something'll get picked up at that but any suggestions would be much appreciated.
This cars almost put me of alfas as if this is what their "newer" cars are like they're more trouble than they're worth.
Look forward to yor replys so i can get some rest.
Just as an after thought i put grooved and slotted discs with mintex pads off ebay on it has anybody had this kind of thing and it turning out to be brake related.
