Hello i have a 156 20v 2.4jtdm. just had a new turbo fitted it right all pipes checked primed it and everything. car runs great up to 3000rpm then smokes.
egr cleaned now clear.
inlet manifold and throttle body cleaned.
new map sensor
new maf sensor well 2 months old.
there was a little split in the vnt solenoid turbo to solenoid pipe but now fixed
got a new vnt solenoid on the way as i think it might be faulty
i have run the car on fiat ecu scan and the desired amount starts about 300 i get around that amount but it goes up and down then both amounts climb with rpm rise up to about 3000rpm then the desired goes to about 1200ppm i think it is where as the actual amount stays around 600ppm and then the car smokes a bit..
i have taken filter off for a short time and run it same problem so its not due to the filter blocking the air.
any other ideas of anyone who has had the same problem?????????
also on fiat ecu scan running the graph the desired goes up and down a little on the graph the actual on the graph goes mental up and down vary of about 100ppm on tick over
