I can understand how you feel but springs and dampers are wear and tear items and can be at the end of their lives already after three years, especially if you live in a country with a lot of speed bumps (I don't know if you have them at your place but they are real suspension killers).
Personally I would surprised if they were covered by warranty, but that is just how I feel. In January you mentioned that you were going to install Koni dampers and you already received the Eibach springs last year. Did you never install them?
Anyway I think it is more expensive to buy another car in stead of replacing dampers (and springs)
